Information you provide

When you request service through our website, a Google Ads lead form, or by phone, we receive the contact details and service information you provide. This may include your name, phone number, email, service address, and AC service needs.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange service, maintain customer and job records, and measure our advertising. Our team and the service providers that operate our website, customer management, communications, and advertising systems process information for these purposes.

Advertising measurement and data sharing

We work with providers including Google Ads and CallRail to measure which ads lead to website visits, phone enquiries, service requests, and completed jobs. These providers may use cookies, advertising click identifiers, and similar technologies to connect an enquiry with its advertising source. Information used for measurement may include the pages you visit, how you reached our website, and details about your browser or device.

We retain advertising click identifiers with service enquiries in our customer management system. We may share those identifiers, enquiry or job outcomes, event times, and job-related values with Google Ads to attribute results and improve our campaigns. Our website, customer management, and communications providers also process the contact and service details needed to handle your request.

Text messaging: none of the sharing described on this page includes your text-message opt-in or consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as our phone and text-messaging providers, is permitted only to deliver those services. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone calls and recordings

Calls may be recorded, and call details collected, as explained in our telephone notice. We use CallRail to help track phone enquiries and understand which advertising sources generate calls. Call information may include the caller's phone number, call time and duration, advertising source, and a recording when recording is enabled. Our team and communications providers use this information to handle enquiries and maintain service records.

Text messages (SMS)

If you text us, or agree to receive texts when you request service, Husky AC Repair LLC will send you text messages about your service request: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, invoices and payment links, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help, or call (786) 952-6022. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent and your choices

Requesting service allows us to respond to your enquiry; it is not, by itself, blanket consent for advertising personalization or all data sharing. Where consent is required by applicable law or platform policy, that consent must cover the relevant collection, sharing, and use. A call-recording notice or this privacy policy alone does not establish that consent.

You can contact us to ask about our use of your information or to withdraw consent you previously gave for advertising data use. Withdrawal applies to future use and does not change processing that already took place. You can also manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through the relevant provider. Browser controls may limit some measurement but do not remove information already held in our service records.

Address suggestions

When Google address autocomplete is available, the address text you type is sent to Google to suggest and format a service address. You can also enter your address manually. This feature is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps Additional Terms of Service.
